## Who we are Sankalp Siddhi (“we”) operates the website https://sanskalpsiddhi.in and the Sankalp Siddhi Android app (package name com.sankalpsiddhi.app). The app is a WebView of that website. This policy covers both. We are a booking marketplace for verified pandits, poojas, muhurat and mandir slots.

## Information we collect • Name, mobile number and city, when you create an account, book a pooja, or register as a pandit or temple. • One-time passwords sent to your mobile number, and session tokens stored in cookies and on your device so you stay signed in. • Booking details: pooja, date and time, home address or temple, pandit, amount, status and start code. • Payment references for the booking amount. Card, UPI and bank details are collected by our payment partner, Razorpay, not stored by us. Dakshina is paid directly to the pandit and is not collected by the platform. • Photos and documents you upload, such as Aadhaar or other ID and qualification or lineage certificates, when a pandit or temple applies for verification. • Messages you send, including guidance enquiries. • A notification token if you allow alerts, so we can send booking updates. • Basic technical data such as browser or app type, needed to run and secure the service.

We do not ask for precise GPS location. The city you choose is a preference, not your live location.

## How we use it • To create and protect your account, send OTP login codes, and show the catalogue for your city. • To take, confirm, remind, reschedule, reassign and support pooja bookings. • To verify pandit and temple profiles before they are shown to devotees. • To process the booking payment, record the platform fee, and handle refunds. • To send booking messages by SMS or WhatsApp and, if you allow it, push notifications. • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting duties.

## Who we share it with We do not sell personal information.

• Razorpay, to process booking payments.
• MSG91, to send OTP, SMS and WhatsApp messages about your booking.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver push notifications if you allow them.
• The pandit or temple assigned to your booking, limited to the details they need to perform it.
• Hosting, database and file-storage providers that store the service and uploaded documents for us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

## How long we keep it We keep account and booking records while your account is active and as long as needed for bookings, refunds, disputes, and tax records. Verification documents are kept while a pandit or temple profile is under review or active. You can clear non-essential cookies in your browser. Essential sign-in cookies last until you log out or they expire.

## Your choices and deletion You can refuse notification permission in the app or in Android settings. You can continue with essential storage only from the cookie banner.

To delete your account and associated personal information, contact us from the mobile number on the account and ask for deletion. We will delete or anonymise the account within 30 days, except booking and payment records we must keep for legal, tax or dispute reasons. You can also ask for a copy of your information or a correction of your name, city or address.

## Children Sankalp Siddhi is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Bookings are made by adults.

## Security We use HTTPS, access controls and session cookies to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

## Changes We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the website or app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
