Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel a booking that is awaiting payment, confirmed, or reassigned, until four hours before the pooja. Refunds on paid bookings follow the same time windows as IRCTC confirmed tickets. The refund is calculated on the booking amount paid on Sankalp Siddhi and is returned manually to the original payment method.

• More than 48 hours before the pooja: 100% of the booking amount.
• From 48 hours until 12 hours before the pooja: 75% of the booking amount (25% cancellation charge).
• From 12 hours until 4 hours before the pooja: 50% of the booking amount (50% cancellation charge).
• Less than 4 hours before the pooja, or after it has started: online cancellation is closed and the booking amount is not refunded.
• If payment was never completed, cancelling the booking creates no refund.

While cancellation is still open, you can reschedule the same booking to another date and time at least 4 hours from now. There is no extra charge. Your pandit must be free, and a mandir booking needs an open slot. A paid booking goes back to confirmation with the pandit and, for a mandir, the temple.

The pooja time is the booked slot or muhurat in India Standard Time. Confirmed bookings reassigned to another verified pandit continue without a new charge.
